The site for the proposed factory is at Tsun Wan in the New Territories, approximately nine miles from Kowloon Peninsula.

time schedule in connection with the scheme and the problem of unloading the city refuse and night soil.

Drawing P887 shows that a frontage of 700 feet is proposed and that the area available for the factory is approximately 24 acres, and drawing P893 shows typical sections of the sea wall and proposed dolphins to enable barges to be off- loaded at all states of the tide.

It will be noted from the Tide Tables that the maximum range of tide is 9.2 feet i.e. from minus 0.4 ft. to plus 8.8. ft. Chart datum.
